I was amazed after seeing the reels on instagram of the wakao sausages and immediately placed the order for sausages. and I have zero regrets!!! The mouthfeel is so similar to that of chicken sausages. The taste is just magnificent. It had an impressive balance of spices. specially the amalgam of pepper and other herbs. I also didn't have to use extra oil, it was just enough. My husband and my son loved it ! Must buy..!!

The texture is almost completely like sausage. However, there is a slight aftertaste due to the method of preservation. If R&D can solve that, this is the ultimate sausage substitute.
