Ingredients:
Raw jack
Chana dal
Onion
Coriander leaves
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste
Wheat flour
Ghee
Salt
Water

Method:

  • Mince raw jackfruit and keep separately
  • Chop the onions, green chilies and coriander leaves finely and keep it aside
  • Soak the chana dal for 2 hours or more, and pressure cook the dal till 3-4 whistles. Once cooled down, drain it the excess water and mash the dal.
  • Mix Raw jack, Chana dal, Onion, Coriander leaves, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Green chilies, Ginger and garlic paste together add salt and keep it aside.
  • In another bowl or pan, take whole wheat flour (atta).
  • Make a well in the center. Add salt, ghee, and water.
  • Bring the mixture together and knead into a smooth soft dough.
  • Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough like a small chapati. Stuff the filling into it.
  • Roll it like a stuffed paratha.
  • Roast it on tawa, apply ghee on both sides, serve hot.
